We are hosting Jacob Coffelt, MA student in the program of Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at University of Padua, Italy. Mr. Coffelt will present his recent study on the customary law and the international humanitarina law and the interation between these two entities. Our program will be livestreamed online. We have also space for the audience who would like to attend the program at the campus.
